PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy

1 Day - 2 Dives

08:30am - 5:00pm

$245,-

Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You’ve seen them underwater gliding effortlessly, using less air, and ascending, descending, or hovering almost as if by thought. With better buoyancy, you can also observe marine life more closely without disturbing the environment around you.

The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course helps you refine and improve the buoyancy skills you learned as a beginner diver and take them to the next level. During two scuba dives, you will learn how to fine-tune your weighting so you are perfectly balanced in the water, not too light and not too heavy. You will also practice adjusting your gear setup for better trim and balance, improving your overall control underwater.

In addition, you will work on streamlining your position in the water to reduce effort and conserve air, allowing you to move more smoothly and efficiently. You will also practice hovering in different positions, both vertical and horizontal, to gain complete control of your movement and stability underwater.

Throughout the course, you will become more aware of how small adjustments can make a big difference in your comfort, air consumption, and overall diving experience.

The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course is open to PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers or higher who are at least 10 years old.

After successfully completing the course, you will have significantly improved control in the water, making every dive more relaxed, efficient, and enjoyable.
